Airy Sugar Cookies

Description
Makes 4 to 5 dozen cookies.Ingredients
stir together:
2 cups made-at-home cookie mix
1/4 cup sifted enriched flour
1/2 teaspoon soda
3/4 cup sugar
add:
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups made-at-home cookie mix

Methods/steps
blend well. roll to 1/8-inch thickness on a well floured board. cut in various shapes.
place on baking sheets which have been rubbed with crisco. decorate with colored sugar. bake in moderate oven, 375°F, 10 to 12 minutes or until a delicate brown. cool on baking sheet 2 to 3 minutes before removing.
