Blend all sauce ingredients together in a small bowl. Ladle out sauce into 4 individual bowls and top each portion with 1/4 cup daikon and 1 tablespoon green onions. At the table, in an electric skilletor outside using a grill wok on the grillbrush the beef slices and vegetables with a little of the vegetable oil and cook on both sides until done. Dip cooked meat and vegetables in sauce as desired.
