4 ounces blue cheese 1 package (3 ounces) cream cheese, softened 2 cups mayonnaise 1 clove garlic, minced 1/4 teaspoon pepper 1/4 to 1/3 cup milk
Methods/steps
Place blue cheese in medium mixing bowl. Crumble with fork. Blend in cream cheese. Add mayonnaise, garlic and pepper. Mix well. Blend in enough milk to make desired consistency. Cover and store in refrigerator. Stir before serving.
