Busy Day Banana Bread

Makes 1 loafIngredients
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1 cup sugar
1 cup mashed ripe banana
2 eggs
2 cups homemade crisco quick bread mix
1/2 cup chopped pecans

Methods/steps
preheat oven to 350°F. in bowl, cream together cheese and sugar till light; beat in banana and eggs. stir in crisco quick bread mix and nuts just till moistened. turn into a greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan. bake at 350°F for 60 to 65 minutes or till done. cover with foil last 15 minutes if bread browns too quickly. cool in pan 10 minutes. remove from pan. cool.
