Prepare Homemade Croutons as directed. Set aside.
Rub inside of large salad bowl with cut sides of garlic. Discard garlic. Toss romaine lettuce, Bibb lettuce and anchovy fillets in prepared bowl. Cover and refrigerate about 1 hour.
Blend Crisco Oil, lemon juice and pepper in small mixing bowl. Pour over lettuce mixture. Toss to coat. Break egg into salad. Mix well. Sprinkle with 2 cups Homemade Croutons and Parmesan cheese. Toss. Serve immediately.
