Wash and trim broccoli. Peel stems. Cut stems into 1 lengths and then into quarters, if large. Break apart tops into flowerets.
Heat Crisco Oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add stems. Stir-fry 1 to 2 minutes. Add flowerets. Stir-fry 2 to 3 minutes longer or until crisp-tender. Remove from heat. Add lemon juice. Toss to coat. Add cheese. Toss to coat.
