Combine tuna, celery, Cheddar cheese, capers and onion in medium mixing bowl. Blend 1/2 cup mayonnaise, lemon juice and lemon pepper seasoning in small mixing bowl. Add to tuna mixture. Mix well. Serve immediately or refrigerate before serving. Serve in tomato shells or on lettuce leaves.
NOTE: To make tomato shells, cut tops from tomatoes. Scoop out centers. Scallop edges, if desired.
