Heat 1 tablespoon Crisco Oil in large skillet. Add onion, parsley and garlic. Saut? over moderate heat until onion is tender. Transfer mixture to medium mixing bowl. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Shape into four 1/2-inch thick patties.
Heat remaining 2 tablespoons Crisco Oil in large skillet. Add patties. Fry over moderate heat 8 to 10 minutes, or until desired doneness, turning over once.
