preheat oven to 375°F.
for ring, combine crisco mix and milk in a bowl, stirring until dry ingredients are moistened.
roll out dough to a 14 x 10-inch rectangle on a lightly floured surface.
brush dough with 2 tablespoons melted butter. combine brown sugar, cinnamon, raisins, and nuts; sprinkle over dough. roll up as for a jelly roll.
place sealed-edge-down on a lightly greased cookie sheet. join ends to form a ring; seal. with scissors, make 12 cuts two-thirds of the way through ring at 1-inch intervals.
turn each section on its side. brush with remaining 1 tablespoon melted butter.
bake at 375°F for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.
for glaze, stir sugar and milk together until smooth. spoon over hot raisin ring.
