Methods/steps
Melt Crisco in a saucepan. Add mushrooms and onion and saut? about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in turkey, potatoes, parsley, salt, and pepper. Gradually add evaporated milk, stirring gently. Heat mixture thoroughly (about 5 minutes).
