preheat oven to 400°F.
make crisco classic double pie crust per recipe directions.
roll dough to 1/8-inch thickness on a lightly floured surface. cut with a floured 2-3/4-inch round cutter. fit carefully into 1-3/4-inch muffin cups so dough is not stretched. press edges against rims.
for filling, blend eggs, sour cream, mustard, salt, nutmeg and red pepper. stir in cheese, onion, spinach and bacon. spoon a scant 1 tablespoon filling into each tart shell. sprinkle with nutmeg, if desired.
bake at 400°F for 15 to 20 minutes or until filling is golden brown. serve piping hot.
