Zucchini Strips

Description
4 servings4 small zucchini3 tablespoons flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 cup bread or cracker crumbs
1/2 cup CRISCO Oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice

wash and trim zucchini but do not pare. cut them into 1/2 wide strips.
